Diana is a Czech senior executive turned investor, former managing partner of Deloitte Czech Republic and Chief Strategic Officer for Deloitte Europe. She focuses on mentoring leadership teams and advocating for a stronger startup ecosystem.

Jan specialises in technology. During 18 years at Deloitte he led the Analytics, AI and eDiscovery division for Central Europe. At Behind Impact he mentors founders on product, AI, and scaling engineering teams.
